Conquering Fear Classes
I believe strongly that what we fear will often manifest in our lives and that there are two ways to get rid of that fear - #1) live through it #2) try to identify it ahead of time and either resolve it completely or minimize it significantly so that if it does manifest, it is to a much lesser degree. Living through it is often unpleasant to say the least, but a fantastic life-learning tool. This class tries to help work through the issues and fears so that the lessons can be learned without having to live through the manifestation of your fear. This class is offered to all who are interested. The classes are approximately 2 hours in length and are once a week for 3 weeks. The cost of the 3-week session is $100 and is offered in a group setting or one on one. Please call for the available dates and locations. |
